arranged. On-spot registration and accommodation are NOT possible. ·

by 17 December 2007, information about accommodation will be sent in Email to each and every participant by
the Regional Registration Coordinators [To respect the privacy, accommodation details are NOT published
on the website]. Please DO
NOT make phone calls to the Regional
Registration Coordinators to know your accommodation. It
has been arranged for ALL. Read

Accommodation
list will also be available on the HELP DESKS available at the train stations in Tirupati and Renigunta, bus
stand in Tirupati and ·
From 6.00 p.m. of 20
December 2007 onwards, information about accommodations will be
available at the following places: HELP DESK at the Reception Counter of SRINIVASAM COMPLEX (Near Central Bus Station), HELP DESK at the Reception Counter of SRI VARAHASWAMY GUEST HOUSE (SVGH) Block – II, Tirumala (Hill top: Near HELP DESK at the Reception Counter of SRI PADMAVATHI GUEST HOUSE (Opposite: SV University),
Tirupati. Telephones: 0877-22644510, 0877-2264511. 24X7 ·
All
participants whose registrations have been CONFIRMED by the Organizing
Committee will be provided FREE boarding (breakfast, lunch and
dinner) and lodging (accommodation)
for the duration of 21 (AN) – 24 December 2007 (FN). |

participants have been arranged in
a phased manner looking into arrival, departure schedules of participants and
conference program. List will be available at the HELP DESKS mentioned above. ·
